Biography
Kimberly joins the Department of Sustainable Biomaterials with a strong background in talent outreach, student engagement, and relationship management. With extensive experience identifying and mentoring emerging professionals, Kimberly brings a strategic and student-centered approach to recruitment and program development.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has collaborated with organizations such as the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Social Work, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the Federal Public Defender. In these roles, she identified promising candidates, mentored student interns, coordinated with attorneys and judges, and represented her organizations in high-visibility settings, including national conferences.
These experiences have strengthened core competencies essential to effective recruitment and enrollment growth: strategic communication, credibility with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to translate organizational missions into compelling opportunities for students.
At the Department of Sustainable Biomaterials, Kimberly is excited to expand program visibility, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and support the growth of a dynamic and forward-thinking academic community.
