Mimi Harrison

Mimi was born and raised in Southwest Virginia.  She graduated from Virginia Tech in 1993 and her career took her away from Blacksburg.  In 1999, she returned to Blacksburg  with her husband.  She has three sons, all born and raised in Blacksburg.  Her oldest is a senior at Vinrginia Tech (Environmental Resource Management major); her middle son is a freshman at Virginia Tech (Commercial Development and Investment major); and her youngest son is a junior at Blacksburg High School.  

In her free time: she enjoys hiking around the area and especially on the Appalachian Trail, taking yoga classes (she says the hotter, the better), spending time with her beautiful family, her wonderful friends, and her crazy-energetic German Shepherd puppy.
