    Summer Intern, Mott’s Tree Service, Spotsylvania, VA. Worked with arborist on harvesting, milling, and drying trees; woodworking

    Research Assistant, Wood Engineering Lab, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA. Conducted various ASTM tests on flooring, CLTs, and wood samples 

Research Interest:

    My research interests center around the construction industry. I am particularly interested in timber frame designs for residential structures and CLT designs for commercial structures. I am also interested in salvage or reclamation of existing structures.
